Support for Trainees means going beyond technical and creative training. Our goal is to contribute to the growth of well-rounded individuals, prepared for the reality of the society in which we live, valuing both the professional aspect and the social and human aspect.

More than just preparing professionals for the future, Student Support promotes personal and academic growth, ensuring access to opportunities that reinforce practical, creative and professional training.

Ways to Support Trainees:

To fulfil this purpose, we offer a range of services that support trainees throughout their education, training and integration into the labour market:

Entry into the Labour Market
Through optional JUMP – Professional Integration Support extracurricular internships, trainees apply their skills in real-world contexts, facilitating their transition into the professional world.

Personal Development Support
Specialised support to ensure that each student progresses not only academically, but also in terms of human and social development.

Financial Support
The Luís Lobato and Training grants ensure equal opportunities, allowing more students to access the practical and creative training that characterises ETIC_Algarve.
