It is very important that we give space to new talent, but it is not only they who learn, receiving interns allows us to have a growth experience on both sides. While the intern gains experience, our seniors are asked to “think outside the box” and stay up to date.

During my journey, one of the most remarkable experiences was direct contact with active professionals in the field. From the beginning, we felt we were entering an environment where the real job market is present.

The trainers are professionals in the field, which made the classes practical and up-to-date with current market challenges. This helped me understand what work outside the classroom is like, where we were being prepared to face the professional world.

We had the opportunity to observe real work, from websites in development to client projects with deadlines, which helped me get a sense of the pace and organization to know how to work as a team. More than a course, this is the starting point for a career, surrounded by those already there, available to share experience and guide us on the right path.
