The Music Creation, Production and Sound Techniques Course at ETIC_Algarve is a practical and professional training programme designed for those who want to work in the field of music, music production and sound. Ideal for those looking for a music production course with technical and creative teaching, this course prepares you to work in all phases of audio production, in the studio and in a live sound context.
Here, you will learn techniques for creating music, producing and mastering sound, from composition and recording to mixing and mastering, developing the technical skills required by the music industry.
Throughout the Music Creation, Production, and Sound Techniques Course, you will learn:
- Performance, production and recording techniques within a studio.
- Operation of mixing tables and live sound
- Use of recording, editing and mastering software
- Balance and sound perception for professional mixes.
You will have access to recording and production studios, audio and mastering post-production rooms, as well as real concert environments, both on and in front of the stage, in partnership with Zipmix Studio and Coalman Recordings.
With trainers who are active in the music industry, this sound and music production course gives you the tools you need to turn your ideas into professional music projects, ready for the national and international market.
Upon completing the Technical Course in Music Creation, Production and Sound Techniques, you will undertake a 480-hour curricular internship, an essential step in applying the skills acquired throughout the course and gaining practical experience in the job market.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in a European ERASMUS+ mobility project, enjoying an enriching international experience through an internship.

Specialization Opportunities
After the 2 years of this course, you will be able to specialize with the 3rd curricular year at the Catalyst Music school, Institute for Creative Arts and Technology, in Berlin, Germany, or at ETIC in Lisbon, where you will prepare for the challenges of the creative market at an international level.
With our European partners, you will obtain Certified Advanced Level Training, with which you will access a training path to obtain an internationally recognized degree.

- Attend the interview previously scheduled with the Pedagogical Director, in which you must present Portfolio, if you have
- Wait for communication of the result of the application.
Registration takes place between March and October, until classes begin, and as long as there are places on the courses.
